UGC / Content Creator for Home Service Video Ads

We're a video ad creative agency that produces ads for local home service businesses .HVAC, roofing, lawn care, cleaning, etc. We're looking for talented UGC and content creators to join our roster on an ongoing basis. What you'll be doing: Creating authentic, high-converting UGC-style video content for service-based businesses Filming talking-head, testimonial, demo, and "day in the life" style content Collaborating with our team on scripts, hooks, and angles What we're looking for: Proven UGC experience with a portfolio or reel we can review Comfortable and natural on camera (or able to direct others who are) Strong understanding of what makes content perform on Meta and TikTok ads Reliable, communicative, and able to hit deadlines (we work on a weekly delivery cadence) Bonus points if you have: Experience creating for e-commerce brands or DTC products A range across multiple business types and verticals Your own filming setup and ability to self-direct Experience with home service or local business content specifically To apply, please include: Your portfolio or 2-3 sample UGC videos (e-commerce or service-based both welcome) A short note on your experience creating for service businesses, if any Your rate per video and typical turnaround time To confirm you've read this, start your application with the word "Create."
