We help people discover their taste — through personalized dish recommendations, food identity, and social dining experiences. Think of it as the app that finally understands what you actually want to eat, and connects you with others who eat the same way. We believe food is deeply personal — and that people are far more understood by their taste than most platforms recognize today. We’re a small founding team (two senior engineers, a product lead, and an app developer) with no dedicated marketing person — so this role comes with real ownership, direct founder access, and the opportunity to help shape the public launch of an early-stage consumer product from the ground up. The Role We’re looking for a U.S.-based Creator Marketing Lead to help shape and execute Bhogi’s TikTok and Instagram strategy/creator/execution from pre-launch through beta roll-out. This is a contract engagement, not a full-time hire. It’s scoped as a focused project alongside your other work — ideal for an experienced freelancer who moves fast, understands creator culture, and wants meaningful creative ownership on a consumer launch. What You’ll Own • Creator videos, campaign strategy and posting cadence across TikTok and Instagram during launch periods• Hooks, scripts, and content concepts tailored to food culture and short-form storytelling• Micro-creator coordination — identifying, briefing, and managing deliverables• Content production oversight across pre-launch and beta phases• Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics weekly• Surfacing what messaging, creators, and content formats resonate most and iterating quickly with the Bhogi team Deliverables by Phase Pre-Launch (August 10 thru August 20) • Write strategy deck: platform approach, self-create, UGC videos and content pillars• 3–5 pieces of pre-launch video and content (script, teaser hooks, food identity concepts, quiz/taste content)• Shortlist of 3-5 micro-influencers, bloggers and for beta roll-out partnerships • Content calendar for August-September. Suggestions are welcomed Beta Launch (August 20 to September 30) • Consistent posting cadence across TikTok and Instagram (approximately 16 videos/posts during active launch periods)• Weekly performance summaries (engagement, reach, installs, activations, creator performance • Ongoing creatives coordination and deliverable management• End-of-beta report with learnings, recommendations, and growth insights KPIs & Success Metrics We define success across three dimensions: Acquisition • 750–1,000 beta app installs by August 31• 500+ organic social followers across TikTok and Instagram combined Activation • 60%+ of installs complete the food identity quiz• Strong engagement rates across creator and Bhogi-owned content Retention Signal • Positive early repeat engagement and recommendation revisit behavior among beta users• 2–3 pieces of content achieving 10,000+ organic views We’re not chasing vanity metrics — we want signal that tells us the product and content are resonating with real people. What We’re Looking For • Proven experience running TikTok/Instagram creator campaigns with measurable results• Strong instincts around food, lifestyle, consumer apps, or culture-driven brands• Ability to create organic-style content that drives genuine curiosity and engagement• Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable in early-stage startup environments• U.S.-based required; DMV familiarity strongly preferred Compensation & Timeline Important Scope Clarification * This is a fixed-fee, six-week engagement ($2,500). * The role combines hands-on short-form content creation with UGC creator recruitment and coordination. * We expect the successful candidate to personally create and edit some content while also recruiting and managing local UGC creators. * Bhogi is operating with a lean startup budget. Aside from a limited (~$500) budget reserved for amplifying proven-performing content, there is no separate creator compensation budget. We are looking for someone who can creatively build momentum within these constraints. Separate amplification' budget available depending on recommended execution approach• Strong execution opens the door to continued engagement as Bhogi grows post-beta How to Apply Please include in your proposal: 1.
