UGC Creator Manager for Ecom Brand

We are seeking a UGC Creator Manager to source and manage relationships with creators for our menopause health brand, the main role will be outsourcing creators via platforms such as Backstage, TikTok, Upwork, and Twitter to find the most authentic creators that are out there and get them on retainers to make videos for us consistently and ensuring they execute the briefs correctly. ideally you will have experience with a similar role where you have a filter for what a GOOD AUTHENTIC creator actually looks like, and how to attract them to work with us. this will be a part time role starting out with the opportunity to move into full time as we grow with more UGC content
