Summary

UGC Creator & Partnership Manager (Meta Ads / DTC Ecommerce) We're a fast-growing DTC ecommerce brand in the beauty/haircare space looking for someone to own our creator sourcing and partnership pipeline. This is not just an outreach role. You'll work directly with our Creative Strategist to identify winning ad angles, source creators that fit those concepts, manage projects from outreach to delivery, and help us build a repeatable system for generating high-performing UGC ads. If you're someone who understands what makes a Meta ad convert, has experience working with creators, and enjoys both creative strategy and project management, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities * Source and recruit UGC creators, influencers, and brand partners * Conduct outreach via Instagram, TikTok, email, and creator platforms * Negotiate creator rates and deliverables * Coordinate briefs and creative requirements * Manage creator communications and follow-up * Track projects from outreach through content delivery * Organize assets and creator performance data * Work with our Creative Strategist to identify winning hooks, concepts, and creator styles * Help build a feedback loop between ad performance and creator selection * Continuously identify new creator opportunities and trends What Success Looks Like * 10-20 quality creator partnerships launched per month * Consistent pipeline of new creator prospects * Projects delivered on time * Strong communication and organization * Ability to identify creators with high-performing ad potential * Continuous improvement of our UGC program based on ad performance data Requirements * Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencers * Familiarity with Meta advertising and direct response marketing * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously * Experience using spreadsheets, project management tools, and creator databases * Ability to think strategically about creative, not just operations Nice to Have * Experience with DTC ecommerce brands * Beauty, skincare, wellness, or haircare experience * Experience analyzing ad performance * Understanding of direct response creative frameworks ## Compensation * $750-$1,250/month depending on experience * Performance bonuses available * Long-term opportunity for growth To Apply Please include: 1.
