UGC Creator & Social Media Growth Manager – Bali Location: Bali, Indonesia Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract Are you the kind of person who lights up in front of a camera, loves creating engaging content, and dreams of building something exciting while living on one of the world’s most beautiful islands? We are looking for a charismatic, creative, and confident Content Creator to become the face of our brand in Bali. What You’ll Be Doing * Creating engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. * Appearing on camera and speaking confidently to audiences. * Capturing the lifestyle, culture, and beauty of Bali through compelling content. * Helping grow our social media presence and online community. * Assisting with content planning, marketing campaigns, and brand development. * Managing and updating Shopify stores. * Working closely with the founders to generate ideas and execute growth strategies. * Participating in product demonstrations, interviews, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content. Who We’re Looking For You are: * Naturally charismatic and comfortable in front of a camera. * Articulate and confident when speaking on video or microphone. * Creative and able to tell stories through content. * Skilled at filming, editing, and producing engaging social media videos. * Passionate about social media, branding, and marketing. * Self-motivated and proactive. * Comfortable working independently. * Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic. * Someone who takes pride in their appearance and presents themselves professionally. * Excited about helping build and grow a business. Preferred Skills * Experience creating viral TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. * Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement. * Basic marketing knowledge. * Shopify experience or willingness to learn quickly. * Photography, videography, or content editing experience. * English fluency is highly desirable.
