UGC Creator for Meta Ads – Authentic Videos, German-Speaking (DACH)

We're onelife, a 4-week self-reflection program (mobile-first, €79) for women aged 35–55 in the DACH region who are navigating a life transition. We're looking for UGC creators to film authentic video creatives for our Meta ads. Important: This is a UGC job, not an influencer deal. You won't post anything on your own channel - you deliver finished raw video files that we run ourselves as paid ads. Scope & Budget: €120 per video. Each video with 1–3 hook variations (same core video, different openings / first 3 seconds) so we can test different entry points. What we're looking for: - Authentic, natural videos in a selfie / talking-head style (not a glossy, over-produced ad look) - Vertical format (9:16), optimized for Reels/Stories - Clear audio, good lighting – but real and relatable, not sterile - Delivered as raw files (no logo/branding – we handle that) You're a good fit if you: - can credibly and relatably speak to our target audience (women 35–55 in a transitional phase) on camera - have experience creating UGC for paid social / Meta ads -are a native or near-native German speaker (the videos are in German) - can work from a script/brief but also bring your own authentic touch Plus: experience with wellness, self-development, or health products. How it works: We provide the brief and hook scripts, you film. If the first videos work well, we'd love an ongoing collaboration across multiple creatives.
