UGC Creator for Roam Properties

We are looking for a confident English-speaking UGC creator to record natural, investor-friendly property walkthrough videos for Roam Properties. This is an URGENT hire. We will be shortlisting and selecting the final creator immediately based entirely on your portfolio, natural speaking style, and audio quality. There is no trial phase—if selected, you will start the full project right away. Target Audience & Creator Location Our properties and investors are based in the United States. You can be located anywhere in the world, but your spoken English must be clear, natural, and highly suitable for a US audience. You must be comfortable naturally pronouncing American real-estate terms, US addresses, and dollar amounts. Project Scope and Expectations The selected creator will deliver 30 raw vertical videos within one month. Each video will cover one property and must include two sections in the same continuous recording: 1. Property introduction 2. Financial breakdown The creator should leave a short natural pause between the two sections so our editor can separate them if needed. The videos should feel like a natural Loom or Zoom-style walkthrough not a polished commercial advertisement. We will provide the property page, script, financial figures, and recording instructions for every video. Payment Structure This is a fixed-price, deliverable-based project—not an hourly job. The rate is $10 per completed and approved video. • 1 approved video = $10 • 30 approved videos = $300 total The total fixed-price contract value for one month is $300. We can set up weekly milestones (e.g., $70 for 7 videos per week) so you get paid regularly as you deliver. Monthly Delivery Schedule All 30 videos must be completed within 30 calendar days. To maintain a consistent workflow, the creator must be able to deliver approximately 7–8 videos per week. Each completed video must include clear English delivery, vertical 9:16 framing, clear audio, good lighting, natural presentation, and both script sections in one continuous raw recording. No editing, captions, music, or visual effects are required. Ideal Creator The ideal creator: • Speaks fluent and clear English that resonates well with a US audience. • Is comfortable presenting property and financial information naturally. • Sounds confident without using an exaggerated or pushy sales tone. • Has a clean recording environment, reliable audio, and good lighting. • Has the availability to complete the full monthly volume starting immediately.
