To apply you must fit one of the below ICP's (Ideal customer profiles) ICP 1: Marcus Optimiser mindset — Actively tracks health metrics (HRV, recovery scores) using wearables like WHOOP, takes 5+ supplements daily, and is frustrated that effort isn't translating to measurable biological results High-performing professional, 35–45 — Head of Engineering level or equivalent, London-based, £85–120k income bracket; someone whose cognitive and physical performance directly affects their career edge Data-driven, not wellness-casual — Wants mechanism and proof, not vibes or claims; speaks in terms of outputs, scores, and optimisation systems rather than general wellbeing Plateau pain is real — Has been doing "everything right" for months with no movement; the frustration of effort without return is a core emotional driver, not just a mild inconvenience Long-game thinker — Motivated by future self (50-year-old Marcus), acts early, wants certainty he's done everything possible — not just a quick fix seeker ICP 02 · JAMES Senior leader, late 40s — CEO or equivalent, £121k+, commutes Home Counties to London; performance isn't just personal, it's tied to being sharp in the room and present at home Feels the gap between who he was at 40 and who he is now — Lighter sleep, slower recovery, shorter focus; not declining dramatically, but enough to notice and refuse to accept it Motivated by legacy and presence, not vanity — Wants to still be running with his kids at 60; the emotional driver is family and longevity, not aesthetics or biohacking status Wearable user who trusts data but leads with feeling — Garmin Fenix user; wants the conclusion first, then the evidence — not a spreadsheet, a conviction Refuses to be one of the men who just slows down — Watching peers accept decline and actively rejecting it; early action is a point of identity, not just a health decision ICP 03 · SARAH High-functioning woman carrying a full load — Marketing Director, married with young kids (4 & 7), £75k; energy isn't optional, it's the resource everything else runs on Doing everything right but still running on empty — Diet, sleep hours, exercise all in place; the frustration is that effort isn't producing the output it should, and she suspects hormonal shifts are part of the picture Wearable user who tracks but doesn't geek out — Oura Ring; she wants her scores to match how she feels, not just have numbers to analyse Needs to show up in multiple directions by 7pm — Work performance matters, but the real pain is having nothing left for her kids in the evening; presence at home is the emotional core Feels overlooked by brands in this space — Most health and performance products feel built for men or for women without kids; she needs to feel seen as the actual target, not an afterthought - Please take the above as a rough guideline, you don't need to be an exact fit but you MUST be able to align with the ICP. For example, you don't NEED to earn £100k+ exactly but you must understand how to convey the angle, pain points and solution to this audience. - Please send over some info on you experience and why you think you would be a good fit for the product along with examples of your previous work/content. Kind regards, J.
