UGC Manager for Japanese Language Learning App

We are seeking a part-time, remote UGC (User-Generated Content) Manager to lead content creation for our Japanese language learning app. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 10+ UGC. Your core responsibilities will include developing content strategies, researching emerging viral formats and trends, and translating those insights into clear, actionable direction for our creators. You will also be responsible for training and coaching the team to consistently improve performance and maximize the reach of their content. This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 20+ hours per week. Qualifications - Experience managing UGC Creators - Have sharp intuition and understanding of what makes videos go viral - Excellent communication skills, especially in providing clear written guidelines and feedback to creators - Bonus: Some knowledge of Japanese is a plus but not strictly required - Attention to detail, especially in quality control
