UGC Coordinator (Creator Sourcing & Management) About Us: We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand that relies heavily on high-performing UGC (User Generated Content) for paid advertising. We have built systems, SOPs, Notion workflow and training materials to help you succeed. Your role is to execute, stay organized, communicate clearly, and ensure creators deliver great content on time. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with creators. Compensation Starting compensation: $500/month Long-term position Performance-based bonuses available Opportunity for compensation increases as responsibilities and results grow Responsibilities: Creator Sourcing * Find and identify creators that match our target customer avatars * Research creators across TikTok, Instagram, Meta and other relevant platforms * Build and maintain creator databases * Continuously source new creators each week Outreach & Negotiation * Reach out to creators through DM, email, and other channels * Follow up consistently with prospects * Negotiate within our approved pricing framework * Secure creator partnerships and content agreements Creator Management * Send briefs and instructions to creators * Ensure creators understand deliverables and deadlines * Follow up to ensure content is delivered on time * Manage revisions when needed Content Organization * Organize all content inside our systems * Maintain accurate records in Notion and Google Drive * Track creator status, deliverables, and performance * Keep databases clean and updated Team Collaboration * Work closely with our Creative Strategist * Ensure creators receive proper guidance * Communicate issues and opportunities proactively * Participate in regular reporting and updates What We Provide * SOPs * Notion management system * Loom training videos * Creator sourcing frameworks * Outreach templates * Clear KPIs and expectations You will not be expected to build the strategy from scratch. We have systems in place and need someone who can execute them consistently and improve over time.
