Wired2Scale — Partnership-Ads Division Job Specifications About the division: Wired2Scale runs creator-whitelisting programs for CPG brands. We recruit, vet, brief and scale high-follower creators, run their content as partnership ads, and compound the winners. The goal is to flood our clients' funnels with new visitors and reopen their scaling ceiling. Remote-first, fast-moving, built from zero. Partnership Manager Reports to: Founder / Agency leadership Type / location: Full-time · Remote · [confirm region/timezone overlap] Comp: [band TBC] Mission Build and run the creator-whitelisting division end to end. Own the pipeline from sourcing a creator to locking a Franchise, and own the relationships and quality bar that make it work, so client New Visitor Percentage (NVP) and affordable CAC go up. What you'll own - The creator ladder (Prospect → Testing → Return → Multiplier → Franchise) and the targets at each stage. - Negotiating and closing creator and talent-agency deals, including mega (1M+) creators and exclusives. - Setting and defending the vetting scorecard and quality bar. - Client reviews, reporting on NVP/CAC outcomes, and renewals. - Managing recruiters and account management as the team scales. - Hitting hit-rate and roster-growth targets (toward ~50 active creators per brand). - Partnering with the media team on whitelisting launches. Must-haves - 4–6+ years in creator/influencer marketing, UGC/whitelisting, or talent partnerships, ideally with DTC/CPG performance brands. - A track record of negotiating and closing creator/talent deals, including larger or mega creators. - Working knowledge of paid social and whitelisting mechanics (Meta partnership ads). - Comfort with performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, and ideally NVP / new-customer acquisition). - Experience leading a team and operating in a fast, ambiguous, build-from-zero environment. Nice-to-have - An existing creator / talent network. - Familiarity with Northbeam or similar attribution. - Has stood up a function or division from scratch before. First 90 days - Stand up the scorecard and pipeline; sign the first roster on a friendly existing client. - Hit a 10–15% test-window hit rate; bank the first NVP/CAC case study.
