UGC Video Editor - Mobile App Ads (Meta + TikTok)

We're looking for several video editors to help power our ad creative engine for our mobile app clients. We're a mobile app creative agency that takes performance seriously. We move fast, test a lot, and need editors who get that the goal isn't a pretty edit. It's an edit that makes someone stop, watch, and download. What you'll do Edit raw UGC footage into ads for Meta and TikTok. Multiple formats, ratios, and variants per concept. You're a fit if you: Have edited UGC ads for mobile apps or DTC brands Can nail a hook in the first 2 to 3 seconds, consistently Understand how pacing, caption timing, music, and sound design keep someone watching Get A/B testing and can crank out clean variants efficiently Are fast Know CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci (we don't care which) Bonus points: Color grading Al tools (CapCut Al, Runway, Al video generation, etc.) App install or performance campaign experience To apply, send us: A reel or portfolio with UGC ad work Your turnaround time on a standard 3-variant edit Ongoing work for the right person.
