The Role: What You'll Own As our AI UGC Video Editor, you'll work directly with our Creative Director, Jacob, to produce 1–2 finished AI UGC concepts per day. You're not just cutting briefs — you're a creative partner. You flag weak scripts before they get edited. You bring hook ideas nobody asked for. You treat every concept like it has a real shot at scaling. Your Core Responsibilities: 1. Creative Execution Produce 1–2 finished AI UGC ad concepts per day, every working day Craft 3+ scroll-stopping hook variations per concept (minimum — not a suggestion) Structure every ad: hook → problem → solution → proof → CTA Add captions, sound design, music, and pattern interrupts that hold attention past the hook Turn around revisions within 12–24 hours — no chasing 2. AI Production Produce AI UGC using HeyGen, Arcads, Kling, ElevenLabs, Captions, Claude, Runway Output must look indistinguishable from real footage Source B-roll, stock, and UGC assets independently — don't wait to be handed everything 3. Growth & Learning Complete a weekly 30-minute ad review — your concepts vs. what's winning in market Watch 1 hour of Ecom Talent training daily (built into paid hours) Study competitor ads and trending formats weekly What We're Looking For We're looking for more than a typical "video editor" — we need a performance-obsessed creative who thinks like a marketer and is hungry to grow into strategy.
