We're a fast growing D2C beauty supplement brand and looking for a video editor with AI experience to make AI UGC ads based on our creative strategist brief. A typical workflow would be: - Taking the brief from our creative strategist - Finding reference footage on Pinterest / TikTok to build the scene - Generate the personas for the video using Nano Banana Pro / ChatGPT Images - Building the animation prompt using our prompt structure - Animating with Seedance 2.0 / Kling / Google Omni - Stitching it all together in editing tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut / etc. We have made our own internal process which we’ve used to generate 100% AI ads that already spent over $3M+ in the last few months, and we can train you on it as well. Who you are You have taste. You can look at a video and instantly feel what's working and what isn't, and you have the craft to fix it. Obsessive attention to detail. Timing, pacing, framing, audio — nothing slips past you. Fluent with AI video tools. Hands-on experience with tools like Seedance 2.0, Kling, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs, and modern AI generation workflows. Strong editor. Confident in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro — stitching, captioning, and finishing to a high standard. Performance-minded. You understand that a great ad isn't just beautiful — it converts. You care about ad spend and ROAS, not just the edit. Coachable & hungry. You're already strong, but you want to learn the playbook behind 7 figure/month ads and become exceptional.
