AI UGC Workflow Operator Needed

Role: AI UGC Content Specialist (Remote / VA) Focus: AI-Generated Content for TikTok & Instagram We are seeking an experienced AI content specialist to support the production of high-quality, AI-generated UGC for social media (primarily TikTok and Instagram). This is a specialized role for someone who is already proficient in AI prompting, workflow design, and content generation — not an entry-level position. Key Responsibilities Generate AI-driven UGC (video and image content) using advanced prompting techniques Develop hyper-realistic human avatars for use in short-form content Produce platform-native content aligned with TikTok and Instagram standards (realism, engagement, pacing) Generate and refine content scripts using AI tools to support creative output Build and optimize repeatable workflows using tools such as Claude Continuously iterate on prompts, scripts, and outputs to improve quality, consistency, and performance Execute rapid testing cycles based on internal feedback and content performance Maintain strict quality control across all deliverables Organize and document prompts, workflows, and systems for scalable production Qualifications Demonstrated experience with AI generation tools such as ArcAds and Higgsfield (or comparable platforms) Strong understanding of prompt engineering for both image and video outputs Experience using Claude or similar tools to support structured workflows and content development Ability to create hyper-realistic AI avatars and avoid low-quality or synthetic-looking outputs Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content formats, trends, and best practices High attention to detail and consistency Ability to work independently and manage output quality without oversight Preferred Experience Background in UGC or performance-driven creative production Experience supporting paid social or TikTok Shop content Ability to analyze and iterate based on creative performance Application Requirements Please include: Examples of AI-generated content (video preferred) Brief overview of your prompting and workflow process List of tools and platforms you use Any relevant performance data (if available) This role is best suited for candidates who can consistently deliver high-quality outputs and operate with minimal direction.
