Senior UI/UX Product Designer – AI-Powered Marketplace Platform About Lina & Lino Lina & Lino is an AI-powered marketplace connecting users with sports, fitness, wellness, arts, and entertainment experiences through a credit-based membership model. Our platform helps users discover and book activities near them while helping businesses maximize occupancy, fill unused time slots, and generate recurring revenue. The ideal candidate has experience designing: * Marketplace platforms * Booking systems * Subscription products * SaaS dashboards * Mobile applications * AI-powered products Experience with products such as ClassPass, Wellhub, Airbnb, Booking.com, Eventbrite, Mindbody, or similar platforms is highly preferred. Project Scope Mobile Application Design key user flows including: * Onboarding * Activity Discovery * Search & Filters * Activity Details * Booking Experience * Membership Plans * Credit Management * User Profile * Notifications * AI Recommendations * AI Routine Builder Partner Dashboard Design a dashboard for businesses to: * Manage schedules * Manage bookings * Monitor occupancy * Track revenue * Manage locations * View analytics * Receive AI-powered business insights Company Admin Dashboard Design an internal platform to: * Manage users * Manage partners * Track bookings * Monitor occupancy * Analyze revenue * Review memberships * Access marketplace analytics Marketing Website Design a responsive website including: * Homepage * How It Works * Membership Plans * Partner Benefits * AI Features * Download App CTA * Become a Partner CTA Deliverables * Complete Figma Design File * Mobile App Screens * Partner Dashboard Screens * Admin Dashboard Screens * Website Screens * Design System * Components Library * Clickable Prototype Selection Process We expect to shortlist 5–10 candidates. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview. Up to 3 finalists will be invited to participate in a paid design challenge. Each finalist will be compensated for the challenge.
