We are seeking an experienced 3D Architectural Renderer to create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior renders for a brand-new 5-bedroom rooming/co-living house. The architectural floor plan, site layout, and a reference 3D layout are already fully finalised and attached to this job post. No design drafting or plan creation is required—we simply need you to model and render the spaces based on our plans. I can also send 360 walk throughs of existing similar builds to assist. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES (Total 6 Renders): 1x Exterior Front Elevation (Photorealistic front street view) 1x Main Kitchen & Living Area 1x Communal Laundry Area 1x Standard Self Contained Room Interior (Furnished with queen bed, desk, TV, and 200L (with microwave on top) fridge/kitchenette) 2x Courtyard Bedroom Views (Highlighting private outdoor patio access through sliding doors) 1x Private Courtyard Space (Exterior patio/fencing) (Bonus/Optional): 360-degree panorama export files ready for CloudPano or Kuula for extra $ STYLE & FINISHES: • Interior Style: Modern, high-spec residential finishes (light timber/hybrid flooring, clean neutral walls, stone-look kitchen benches, and fully tiled modern ensuites). • Staging: Rooms should be styled and furnished to reflect a premium, turn-key co-living space.
