URGENT: Data Entry Help Needed – Handwritten PDFs to Excel (27,000 Pages, Fast Turnaround)

Urgent project — need to complete within [3] days. We have ~27,000 entries of handwritten records that need to be transcribed into Excel, and we're looking to bring on ten or more people to split the workload and finish quickly. What you'll be doing: • Reading handwritten data from PDF pages • Typing it accurately into a provided Google Sheets template • Following a short instruction document (provided immediately upon starting) • Working a batch/section of pages assigned to you • Flagging unclear or illegible entries rather than guessing What we're looking for: • Available to start today/tomorrow • Can dedicate several hours per day for the next [3] days • Fast and accurate — comfortable reading handwriting • Proficient in Excel Project details: • Total volume: 27,000 pages. • Deadline: EOD 7/9/2026 • A template is provided here to review the structure of the data needed. • The data will be manually extracted from pdf files and placed in a single tab in a google sheets file. • The extracted data will be File Name (example.pdf), page number, Date Signed (MM/DD/YYYY format), Employee Number (#### format), Signed (Yes/No toggle), Employee Name (exactly as it is written), Pay Period Ending (MM/DD/YYYY format), and flags for review (Explained in instructions document).
