URGENT: Elite B2B Pitch Deck Designer (McKinsey/VC Style) for 48-Hour Turnarounds

The Role: We are looking for a top-tier presentation designer to act as our go-to partner for high-urgency, premium projects. You will not be designing logos, social media posts, or flyers. You will be strictly overhauling B2B Pitch Decks, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and C-Suite presentations. When a client has an emergency board meeting or VC pitch, we will send you the raw slides. Your job is to deliver a flawless, high-fidelity visual redesign within our strict deadlines. Our Strict Requirements: Experience: You must have a minimum of $10,000 earned on Upwork with a 98% or higher Job Success Score. Portfolio: Your portfolio must consist exclusively of B2B Pitch Decks, Corporate Presentations, or McKinsey/Bain style slides. Do not apply if your portfolio is primarily general graphic design. Availability & Time Zone: Due to the nature of our US-based emergency requests, we strongly prefer designers located in Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania), South Asia, or Southeast Asia. This allows you to execute work while our clients sleep. Speed: You must be comfortable partnering with an agency for 24-48 hour emergency turnarounds. The Hiring Process (The Micro-Test): We do not test designers on live client emergencies. If your portfolio matches our standards, you will be hired immediately for a paid $50 to $100 test job. We will provide two slides from a generic pitch deck, and you will have 12 hours to redesign them. This tests your communication, speed, and design fidelity with zero risk to our live clients.
