URGENT: FlutterFlow Production Repair Developer — Fix Live Android App + Get iOS Approved
Worldwide
**Budget:** $500 Fixed Price — Total Contract Price **Experience Level:** Expert **Start Date:** Immediately **Project Type:** Complete production repair, backend wiring, QA, Admin Dashboard activation, and store launch **Platform:** FlutterFlow + Firebase + Google Play + Apple App Store **Confidentiality:** Strictly required ## Project Summary We need an experienced **FlutterFlow production repair developer** to urgently take over, repair, complete, and relaunch an existing on-demand cleaning marketplace mobile app. The Android version is already published on Google Play, but live testing has confirmed that several critical app functions are broken and users cannot complete the primary customer or cleaner workflows. The iOS version has also been submitted to Apple multiple times and remains blocked by Apple Review rejection issues. The previous developer is currently unavailable. We need a new developer who can immediately enter the existing FlutterFlow and Firebase environment, identify the actual production problems, repair the complete application, activate the Admin Dashboard, submit the corrected Android update, and successfully complete the iOS launch process. ## Important: This Is Not a Rebuild This is an existing FlutterFlow project. Do not apply if you intend to: * Rebuild the app outside FlutterFlow * Move the app to another platform * Redesign the entire application * Provide only UI work * Charge separately for an audit * Split the listed scope into additional paid contracts * Request a higher budget after accepting the job We need a real **production repair developer**, not another UI-only FlutterFlow contractor. ## Current Application Status ### Android The app is currently published on Google Play, but the live production version is dysfunctional. Users cannot reliably: * Complete a cleaning order * Search for cleaners * Use the location or map features * Complete the “Become a Cleaner” flow * Advance through required address and booking steps * Use the referral/share buttons ### iOS The iOS version has been submitted to Apple multiple times and has not yet been approved. The selected developer must: * Review the latest Apple rejection message * Identify every developer-addressable issue * Correct the app and submission * Test the iOS build through TestFlight * Resubmit the application * Respond to additional Apple Review issues connected to the agreed scope * Continue handling required technical corrections and resubmissions until the application is approved ### Admin Dashboard The Admin Dashboard exists but is not fully wired, activated, or connected to live production data. It must be completed and made functional. # Required Repairs and Deliverables ## 1. Repair the Complete “Become a Cleaner” Flow The “Become a Cleaner” buttons currently do not function. Affected locations include: * Home Dashboard * Profile tab The developer must repair and test the complete cleaner signup and onboarding flow, including all related navigation, actions, forms, database writes, role assignment, and application status handling. A prospective cleaner must be able to: * Select “Become a Cleaner” * Enter all required information * Submit the cleaner application * Have the application saved correctly * Be visible within the Admin Dashboard * Be approved or rejected by an administrator * Access the appropriate cleaner experience after approval ## 2. Repair the Complete Customer Booking Flow Users currently cannot complete a cleaning order. The developer must repair and test the full customer booking pipeline from beginning to end: * Enter or select an address * Select a cleaning service * Select a date and time * Search for available cleaners * View cleaner options * View cleaner profiles * Select a cleaner * Confirm the booking * Complete the payment or booking-confirmation step * View booking details * Track the booking status * Complete the cleaning order * Rate and tip where applicable * View the booking within booking history The contract is not complete if a real user cannot successfully complete the customer booking flow. ## 3. Repair Search, Address, Maps, and GPS Functionality The cleaner search, address, location, Maps, and GPS features are not functioning correctly. Current issues include: * Cleaner search does not work * Map functionality does not work * Address input repeatedly asks the user for the same address * Users become blocked and cannot advance * Cleaner GPS/location information is not displayed correctly * Live cleaner tracking is not working * Required APIs may not be configured or bound correctly The developer must inspect and repair: * Google Maps API configuration * Google Places API configuration * Address autocomplete * Geolocation permissions * Latitude and longitude storage * Firestore location queries * Cleaner availability and location filtering * Map markers * Map bindings * Live or periodic cleaner location updates * Customer-side tracking during active bookings * Android and iOS location permissions ## 4. Repair the R2E Referral and Share Functionality The current Refer-to-Earn referral/share buttons are static. The developer must make the referral functions operational, including: * Functional native share actions * Referral code or referral-link sharing * Correct referral attribution where already designed * Referral records saved in Firebase/Firestore * Referral activity displayed where applicable * Correct handling of the existing referral rewards experience ## 5. Remove the Dead Promotional Button The dead **“$10 Off Your First Clean”** button must be completely removed from the application. There must be no remaining dead link, hidden action, or broken promotional user flow connected to it. ## 6. Fully Wire and Activate the Admin Dashboard The existing Admin Dashboard must be connected to Firebase/Firestore and made live and functional. Admin capabilities must include, where applicable to the existing design: * Secure admin access * User management * Cleaner management * Cleaner application review * Cleaner approval and rejection * Booking management * Booking-status management * Payment and transaction visibility * Referral tracking * Ratings and reviews * Customer and cleaner account records * Support or administrative actions * Live production data * Appropriate filtering and status controls * Correct database reads and writes The Admin Dashboard must control and reflect the actual production mobile application. A static dashboard or UI-only dashboard will not be accepted. ## 7. Correct the Mobile App Icon The public-facing mobile app icon displayed on users’ devices is currently cropped or cut off because the incorrect image sizing or padding was used. The developer must correct and implement the icon for: * Android launcher icons * Android adaptive icons * iOS app icon requirements * Google Play listing * Apple App Store listing * Proper padding and safe-area placement * Correct resolution and export format The final icon must display correctly on actual Android and iOS devices. ## 8. Resolve iOS Apple Review Issues and Complete the iOS Launch The developer must review the most recent Apple Review rejection and correct all applicable issues. Responsibilities include: * Review the rejection details * Determine whether the rejection relates to functionality, metadata, configuration, icon requirements, permissions, login access, app completeness, or another issue * Correct all developer-addressable problems * Verify that the production backend is accessible * Test all critical flows on iOS * Prepare the TestFlight build * Prepare the App Store build * Correct App Store Connect information where required * Provide valid review credentials or review instructions where required * Submit the corrected app * Address additional Apple Review feedback related to the agreed scope * Complete required technical resubmissions until approval The developer may not simply upload another untested build and consider the project complete. ## 9. Submit the Corrected Android Production Update After completing repairs and QA, the developer must prepare and submit the corrected Android production update through Google Play Console. This includes: * Correct versioning * Correct package/build configuration * Updated app icon * Required permissions * Production Firebase configuration * Production API configuration * Internal or closed testing where appropriate * Release notes * Production submission * Verification that the approved/live version contains the repairs ## 10. Complete End-to-End QA The developer must test the application as both a customer and cleaner. Required testing includes: ### Customer Testing * Account creation and login * Address entry * Location permissions * Service selection * Schedule selection * Cleaner search * Cleaner profile * Booking * Booking confirmation * Booking details * GPS/map tracking * Booking status * Rating and tipping * Booking history * Referral sharing * Profile functions ### Cleaner Testing * Cleaner application * Admin approval * Cleaner login/access * Cleaner Dashboard * Job visibility * Job acceptance or rejection * Active booking * Location updates * Booking status updates * Job completion * Earnings or transaction visibility where applicable * Cleaner profile functions ### Admin Testing * Admin login * User records * Cleaner records * Cleaner application review * Booking records * Booking-status updates * Payment/transaction records * Referrals * Ratings/reviews * Live data synchronization Testing must be demonstrated using screenshots, screen recordings, live testing, or test accounts. # Required Technical Experience Only apply if you have real production experience with: * FlutterFlow * Firebase Authentication * Firebase Firestore * Firebase security rules * Firebase Functions where required * Firebase Cloud Messaging * Google Maps API * Google Places API * Address autocomplete * GPS and geolocation * Live or periodic location tracking * Customer/provider marketplace logic * Role-based application flows * Admin Dashboards * Stripe or Stripe Connect where applicable * Google Play production releases * Apple Developer and App Store Connect * TestFlight * Apple Review rejection resolution * Debugging existing FlutterFlow applications * Repairing live production mobile apps # Speed and Communication Requirements Speed and viable, efficient communication are extremely important. The selected developer must: * Start immediately * Review project access immediately after contract activation * Diagnose problems quickly * Begin implementing repairs without unnecessary delays * Respond promptly during active working periods * Provide at least one clear progress update every working day * Provide more frequent updates during urgent launch or submission periods * Send screenshots or screen recordings of completed repairs * Report blockers immediately * Clearly state what was completed * Clearly state what remains * Communicate before changing any major production configuration * Remain available through Android and iOS submission work Do not apply if you: * Regularly disappear during active contracts * Require repeated follow-up before providing updates * Provide vague progress reports * Cannot demonstrate completed work * Cannot work efficiently under urgent conditions * Cannot begin immediately # Budget and Contract Terms ## $500 Fixed Price — Total Contract Price This is one complete fixed-price production repair and launch contract. The total contract budget is **$500**. The complete scope may not be converted into: * A paid audit-only contract * A discovery-only contract * A partial repair contract * Multiple separately priced projects * A larger follow-up repair budget * A paid rebuild * Additional charges for items already included in this posting The developer must review the posting carefully and apply only if capable of completing the full stated scope for the $500 fixed price. Our preferred working timeline is: * **Day 1:** Full project review, technical diagnosis, and immediate repairs begin * **Day 2–3:** Customer flow, cleaner flow, address, Maps, GPS, and Android repairs * **Day 4–5:** Admin Dashboard, referrals, app icon, backend validation, and production QA * **Day 6:** Android production build and iOS/TestFlight preparation * **Day 7:** Store submissions, final QA, evidence of completed work, and handover Apple and Google processing times are outside the developer’s direct control, but all technical work and submissions must be completed urgently.
