URGENT: Production Designer Needed to Rebuild Billboard Creative Into Layered Print Files

We are seeking a talented graphic designer / production artist with strong photo editing, vector, and large-format layout skills to recreate an existing 14x48 billboard design from a flat reference mockup into clean, layered, editable production files. This is an urgent short-term production project, but there is potential for ongoing work if the quality, speed, and file organization are strong. OOH / large-format production-to-spec experience is strongly preferred. We expect Phase 1 to take approximately 10–18 hours. Please confirm that you can start immediately and whether you can deliver a first proof within 12 hours. After the initial 14x48 master and route versions, we may need the same campaign adapted into additional transit and OOH formats. This is a production-heavy job, not a concepting assignment. Accuracy, clean layers, print-ready files, and speed are the priority. Please include examples of similar production work, especially large-format print, signage, posters, environmental graphics, trade show displays, vehicle graphics, OOH, or billboard/transit work if available.
