We are creating a course on Instructional Practices / Teaching & Learning and are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review and validate course content for accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness. Role Summary As a SME you will review existing course content and assessments to ensure they reflect sound pedagogical principles and are appropriate for educator learners. This role focuses on content review and expert feedback. Key Responsibilities - Review course lessons and provide clear, actionable feedback on: - Accuracy of instructional and learning theories - Clarity and organization of instructional explanations - Alignment with course learning objectives and educator standards - Practical applicability for classroom use - Review quizzes, activities, and assessments for correctness and alignment. - Suggest improvements, examples, and instructional enhancements. Required Qualifications - Degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Psychology, or a related field. - Teaching experience at the middle school or high school level. - Strong understanding of instructional practices, pedagogy, and learning theory. - Ability to translate educational theory into clear, practical guidance. - Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
