USPTO-Registered Patent Agent for Client-Prepared Filings & Docketing

We are seeking an **active USPTO-registered Patent Agent** for simple, recurring USPTO filing work. **The client prepares all substantive patent documents. This is not primarily a patent drafting or prosecution-strategy engagement.** The practitioner's recurring role is straightforward: **1. Initial existing matter — first test only** Download and deliver the existing official USPTO-filed documents, receive the client-prepared amendment package, file the approved package through USPTO Patent Center, and provide the official filing receipt. **2. Future new U.S. patent applications** Receive the completed client-prepared filing package, file it through USPTO Patent Center, and provide the official filing receipt. **3. Future Office Actions** Forward the USPTO Office Action to the client, receive the completed client-prepared response/amendment, file the approved response, and provide the official filing receipt. Our portfolio currently includes approximately **50 inventions**, and substantial additional U.S. filings may follow. Accordingly, the successful practitioner may receive **long-term, recurring, high-volume work consisting primarily of simple and standardized USPTO filing events.** The practitioner must not make substantive changes to client-approved documents without prior express written approval.
