USPTO Representative Needed for Foreign Provisional Patent

I am a foreign-domiciled inventor with a small startup budget. I recently filed three (3) U.S. Provisional Patent Applications on September 1, 2026. To comply with the USPTO rule requiring foreign-domiciled applicants to use a registered U.S. practitioner, I need a qualified USPTO-registered Patent Attorney or Agent to formally become my representative of record for all three files.Scope of Work (Phase 1):Establish Representation (POA): Prepare and file the formal Power of Attorney (POA) documents for all 3 applications via the USPTO Patent Center.Monitor Notices: Monitor the applications for any initial administrative notices from the USPTO (such as a Notice to Comply) and file the responses to clear them.Future Work (Phase 2):If we work well together, I would love to continue our partnership to draft and convert these into full Non-Provisional Patent Applications before the September 1, 2027 deadline as budget allows. Requirements: Must be an active USPTO-Registered Patent Attorney or Agent in good standing (please provide your USPTO Registration Number with your proposal).
