USPTO Trademark Attorney Needed — Three Word Mark Applications, Leadership Advisory Practice

I am the founder of AchieveMentor LLC, an executive leadership advisory and coaching practice based in Rhode Island. I am seeking a USPTO-licensed trademark attorney to conduct clearance searches and file three word mark applications on my behalf. I need an attorney, not a filing service. Attorney-reviewed applications have significantly higher approval rates than pro se filings, and I understand the difference. MARKS TO BE FILED Executive Signal Scan -- a proprietary leadership team diagnostic assessment currently in active commercial use. Likely a use-in-commerce application. Inquestium -- a proprietary name for a forthcoming leadership team assessment. Not yet in commercial use. Will require an intent-to-use application. Adaptive Advantage Leadership Academy -- a two-day facilitated C-suite leadership intensive currently being delivered to clients. Likely use-in-commerce. Attorney guidance on registrability specifically requested for this mark given potential prior use of similar phrases. SCOPE OF WORK Comprehensive clearance search for all three marks before filing Attorney opinion on registrability for each mark Preparation and filing of all three USPTO applications Class confirmation for each mark (likely Class 41 and/or Class 35) Monitoring and deadline notification through initial examination Please specify whether office action responses are included or billed separately.
