Unreal Engine 5 Gameplay Programmer

We're looking for an experienced Unreal Engine 5 Gameplay Programmer to join our indie studio and help build a stylized multiplayer FPS game for Steam. You'll work on implementing gameplay mechanics, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers to create engaging experiences. Responsibilities Develop gameplay systems in Unreal Engine 5 Build and optimize multiplayer networking using UE5 replication Implement weapon systems (snipers, shooting mechanics, hit detection) Develop player movement and character abilities Create matchmaking and lobby systems Integrate Steamworks features Optimize gameplay performance for PC Collaborate closely with our small team to ship on Steam FPS or shooter development experience Experience with Blueprints Application Requirements Please include: Portfolio GitHub (if available) Resume Unreal Engine experience Multiplayer projects you've worked on Steam games you've shipped (links) Your rate chart Your availability We are not looking for beginners or students learning Unreal Engine.
