Unreal Meta Human developer

We are seeking an experienced Unreal Engine and MetaHuman developer to build a reusable, realistic virtual patient presented as a head-and-upper-torso bust. The developer will create the shared character, rigging, animation, material, and rendering framework needed to support a diverse library of patient identities. The system must display configurable clinical signs and emotional states—including pallor, cyanosis, jaundice, sweating, facial droop, tearing, pain, fear, anxiety, agitation, and lethargy—while maintaining natural idle movement, breathing, gaze, and facial animation. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Unreal Engine, MetaHuman Creator, facial blendshapes, materials, animation blueprints, real-time lip sync, and performance optimization. They will build the avatar so patient demographics, expressions, clinical cues, clothing, and backgrounds can be controlled through scenario configuration data rather than requiring manual animation work for each patient. Experience delivering Unreal content through a browser, Pixel Streaming, or another web-based rendering approach is highly preferred.
