Unreal engine 5.7 level designer 3d artist who knows bp's 4 usd per hour

hi for our two games planned i look for one game designer who is also a 3d artist and level deisgner to join. You can create assets in hyper realistic artstyle, you can use pcg assets in the story and willing to learn in your own time how to use them. You help with creating idea's in level design around the game. You are pro active 3d artist that can code. You have ofcourse some experience in unreal engine. Your work for the first game will be to make an island using a pcg toolkit we bought from the assetstore and add a villa on top of it. After that villa is done you will focus on lighting and weather scenario's this is for a vertical slice to test camera's and basic gameplay to show the proof of concept. You help place audio and make small assets and blockout assets we might need to model later. After that phase i hope we do in a few days you start working with me communicating daily on a level design. At first we don't really look at the villa design yet but more a pure blockout in unreal with where each gameplay element we figure out needs to be this is a seperate blockout level. Once we done plenty of tests we place this in the island level and then you start building a villa a new version of it and then you redesign the island further to make the new villa fit. these other phases take many weeks each half time or part time. But communication is key and being pro active is to. Also being intuitive. We will make something new. it is important i find someone who can be really creative. I also expect modelling skills that are good quality. we will use dviz assets and we model on top of that. That is your job. If you like horror games but in a modern look with psychological horror but not something unnatural but something where fear comes from npc humans i would love to invite you. After this project we have another project planned. Since we dont make money yet i cannot give much yet hence 4 usd per hour. There is a bonus reward per sold copy depending on how well you worked and your contribution in non contractual agreement that is between 10 - 20 cent per copy payed out as bonus here one year after release of game. Only if you keep working with us during release. The next game will work the same. But if enough money comes in we can talk about wage increases to.
