Homepage Redesign & Website Content Updates Project Overview We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer to update our existing website: www.sciotoflooranddesign.com This is not a full website redesign. The primary objective is to redesign the homepage and make several content updates throughout the existing website. Our company has evolved from primarily supplying materials to providing both materials and professional installation for multifamily apartment renovations. The website should better reflect this throughout. Homepage Redesign (Primary Scope) The homepage should be redesigned with a clean, modern, professional appearance. The primary focus of the homepage should be our Renovation Pricing Calculator, which is currently being developed separately. The homepage should include: Professional hero section Pricing Calculator as the main call-to-action Clear "Build Your Renovation Package" button(s) Rapid Refresh renovation package section Starting package pricing Short explanation of how the pricing calculator works Material + Installation messaging Before & After or project imagery (if available) Strong contact/quote section Updated footer styling (if needed to match the homepage) The new homepage should be visually appealing and designed for apartment owners, property managers, and multifamily developers. Pricing Calculator Integration The homepage should be designed around our pricing calculator. The developer should: Integrate the calculator into the homepage Match the website styling Ensure responsive/mobile compatibility Make any necessary formatting or styling adjustments for a seamless experience Website Content Updates This is not a redesign of the remaining website pages. However, we would like wording updated throughout the site to better communicate that we: Supply materials Professionally install materials Offer complete apartment renovation solutions Specialize in multifamily renovations These are primarily copy updates and should use the existing page layouts.
