Full Stack Dev to Update Permit-to-Work System within SaaS platform

We are seeking a skilled freelancer (full stack developer) to update our permit-to-work print/output template within our internal web app. The ideal candidate will have experience in web applications and design, ensuring the template is both functional and visually appealing. The task involves making necessary changes to the template to align with our current needs. If you have a keen eye for detail and experience in template design, we would love to hear from you. Overview: We run an internal web app that issues permit-to-work (PTW) documents. We've redesigned the print/output layout and need a developer to implement it so that newly issued permits render in the new format while permits issued before the change keep their existing layout. This is a focused output/templating task — not a redesign of the underlying system or data model. Scope: Implement the attached new layout for [the General Work Permit only / all 10 permit types + one other document so 11 doc updates in total. Map our existing permit data fields into the new layout (we'll supply a field-by-field mapping) Existing Set-up For permits specifically — we have DOCX templates on the backend, data gets rendered into them via Docxtemplater, then converted from DOCX to PDF for the final output. There is a vast amount of new scope for the dev that comes on board, but quality of work must be validated with this scope. We have been building nexus constantly for 4-years so not a one-off task but we cannot commit to long-term relationship until quality is proven.
