Update Shopify theme to look the same as current theme

Summary

Our current Shopify theme is no longer supported. We are looking to have our website transferred onto a new Shopify theme. We would like the same design (or as close as possible) using the same visual content. We would like the new theme to be compatible with the apps that we already use, however, we will install and set up the apps ourselves. We simply want our site to look and functionally be the same but on a Shopify theme that has not been retired (some old code may need cleaned up too).
