Upwork Job Posting Data Research & Enrichment — Australian Pool Builder Contact List Perth, Western Australia | July 2026 Project Overview We are an Australian PropTech company providing automated building design, compliance and quoting software to the pool and spa industry. We have built a master database of 583 Australian pool and spa builders and have already verified 62 of these businesses. We now need a skilled data researcher to enrich and verify the remaining 521 businesses. This is a focused research task only — no cold-calling, no paid databases, no scraping tools. You will work through a provided spreadsheet row by row, visiting publicly accessible sources to find and verify contact details for each business. What You Will Be Doing Working through a CSV spreadsheet of 521 Australian pool builders and spa companies For each business, finding and verifying: Phone number — confirm the pre-filled number is current and correct Email address — confirm the pre-filled email is valid Website URL — confirm the pre-filled URL is live; find updated URL if broken Street address — full address including suburb, state and postcode Owner or manager first name Flagging any businesses that appear closed, relocated, or rebranded Flagging any obvious duplicates Returning the completed spreadsheet in the same format as provided Note: most rows already have phone and email pre-filled.
