Update website to be formatted better

Summary

This is the site currently https://spearpoint.technadigital.com/ As you can see it is very crowded. I will need help with formatting it properly - I have a guide as to how some sections should be formatted already using already existing templates but need help with making it more UI/UX friendly. There is a lot of content so I need to be able to make it less busy and overwhelming by putting it in a condensed format. Like flips or drop downs. Turnaround is 1-2 days.
