Responsibilities Search and identify high-quality Automation projects on Upwork. Write personalised, client-focused proposals Communicate professionally with prospective clients. Follow up on submitted proposals to maximise response rates. Qualify leads before handing them over to our technical team. Maintain accurate records of proposals, client responses, interviews, and project conversions. Stay updated on Upwork trends and recommend strategies to improve win rates.
