Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Upwork Bidder / Lead Generator to help scale our development agency. We specialize in cutting-edge Agentic AI, LLM Orchestration, and Full-Stack Development. The ideal candidate isn't just a "copy-paster." We need someone who understands the technical nuances of modern AI stacks (AWS Bedrock, MCP, Vertex AI) and can write highly personalized, persuasive proposals that stand out from the noise. Responsibilities: - Lead Sourcing: Identify high-quality job postings on Upwork that align with our expertise (AI agents, custom SaaS, web apps). - Proposal Writing: Craft unique, non-generic proposals that address the client's specific pain points. - Bidding Strategy: Manage Connects efficiently and bid on jobs early to maximize visibility. - Profile Management: Suggest improvements to our agency/individual profiles to increase conversion rates. - Initial Triage: Handle initial client responses and schedule meetings for our technical team to close. Requirements: - Proven Track Record: At least 1-2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder with a high success rate. - Technical Literacy: You must understand (at a high level) terms like RAG, LangChain, API Integration, and Full-Stack Frameworks. - Native/Bilingual English: Exceptional writing skills are a non-negotiable. You must be able to sound professional, authoritative, and empathetic. - Strategy-First Mindset: Ability to identify "red flag" clients and focus only on high-ticket, long-term opportunities. Compensation - Base Monthly Salary + Commission/Bonus for every successful contract signed.
