Summary

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing digital marketing and web development agency. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, bidding on Upwork projects, communicating with clients, and converting prospects into long-term customers. Responsibilities: Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork. Write customized proposals and submit bids. Communicate with potential clients professionally. Generate qualified leads for SEO, Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, and Digital Marketing services. Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings. Maintain a record of proposals, leads, and conversions. Work towards monthly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of SEO, Website Development, Shopify, WordPress, and Digital Marketing services. Ability to understand client requirements and prepare winning proposals. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive commission on successful project closures.
