Location: Vietnam only We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Business Development Specialist to help our video editing agency find and close new projects on Upwork. ***Responsibilities*** Find and qualify suitable video editing jobs on Upwork Write and submit compelling proposals Communicate with potential clients Negotiate pricing and project scope Follow up with leads and help close contracts Build long-term client relationships ***Requirements*** Proven experience finding and winning projects on Upwork Strong English communication skills Good understanding of sales, negotiation, and client acquisition Experience in video production/creative services is a plus Proactive, independent, and results-oriented Compensation: Hourly rate + commission for successfully closed projects.
