We are looking for an experienced Upwork Recruiter to help identify, evaluate, and shortlist high-quality freelancers for various roles. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing resumes, job descriptions, and candidate backgrounds Experience sourcing and evaluating freelancers on Upwork Strong analytical and assessment skills Excellent attention to detail Academic score above 80%, CGPA above 3.5/4.0, or equivalent Responsibilities: Search for suitable freelancers on Upwork Review profiles, resumes, and work history Match candidates to role requirements Create and maintain candidate shortlists Provide hiring recommendations based on qualifications and experience We are looking for someone who can consistently identify high-quality talent and make data-driven hiring recommendations.
