We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist who can help us find quality projects, write winning proposals, and bring consistent client opportunities through Upwork. We are building a long-term team, so we need someone who understands more than just sending proposals. You should know how to identify serious clients, analyze job posts, study competition, review budgets, check hiring history, and apply only to projects where there is a strong chance of getting interviews and closing deals. Your main responsibility will be to search for relevant jobs daily and prepare personalized proposals based on each client’s needs. The proposals should be well written, natural, and focused on the client’s actual problem. They should not be copied, generic, or AI-style templates. You should also be able to manage screening questions, track submitted proposals, follow up with clients when needed, and help us improve our overall Upwork strategy as we grow. We are looking for someone who can work with us long term and become an important part of our team expansion. Your responsibilities will include: Finding high-quality Upwork jobs daily Reviewing job posts, budgets, client history, hiring rate, and competition Shortlisting the best opportunities before applying Writing customized proposals and screening answers Tracking proposals, interviews, responses, and hired projects Following up with potential clients where appropriate Helping improve our Upwork profile positioning and proposal strategy Sharing daily or weekly performance reports Please apply only if you have previous experience as an Upwork bidder, Upwork proposal writer, Upwork lead generation specialist, or Upwork account manager.
