Urgent CAD Site Plan Redraw and Four Photorealistic 3D Renders

I need an experienced CAD drafter and architectural renderer who can start immediately. I have a completed, dimensioned concept plan for a 50’ × 150’ commercial property in Hollywood, Florida. This is a reproduction project, not a redesign. The Rev. 7.7 plan must be followed exactly. Do not move, resize, add, or remove anything without approval. Deliverables: Editable DWG 24” × 36” PDF at 1” = 30’ Letter-size PDF Accurate 3D model Four photorealistic renders showing the street view, inside the gate, a 45-degree aerial view, and the view from the office toward the gates Final renders must come from professional 3D software. No AI-generated final images. All walls, gates, driveway, parking, ADA area, landscaping, trees, building placement, dimensions, labels, and notes must match the plan. Show four or five clean vehicles in the storage spaces. Keep the ADA space clear. No people, readable plates, tow trucks, junk vehicles, repair activity, or shed.
