Urgent Civil Litigation Document Review & Evidence Organization

I’m looking for an experienced Texas civil-litigation paralegal or litigation-support professional for a short, confidential project. I have a well-documented civil matter and need an experienced professional to independently review and organize existing source materials for eventual attorney review. The work will primarily involve: • Reviewing and organizing source documents • Creating/refining a factual chronology • Identifying and organizing key evidence and relevant documentary sequences • Organizing exhibits and an evidence index • Preparing a concise factual attorney-review summary • Flagging gaps or issues requiring later attorney review Some preliminary organization exists, but the selected professional should use their own litigation experience and judgment rather than assume the existing structure is correct. This is a private preliminary litigation-support project, not a request for legal representation or independent legal advice. I can provide a concise orientation, identify important dates/materials, and answer focused questions throughout the work. I expect an initial concentrated review over approximately 2–3 days. Availability to begin immediately is strongly preferred. Texas civil-litigation experience and strong confidentiality practices are important.
