Urgent: Event Marketing, Community Outreach & PR Specialist (Wellness Events)

We're looking for an experienced Event Marketing, Community Outreach & PR Specialist to help us promote and fill two unique events in Valencia over the coming weeks. This is a fast-moving project with the opportunity for an ongoing collaboration supporting future workshops, retreats and the growth of the UNFOLD community. About the Events ✨ UNFOLD Temple – an immersive evening exploring authentic connection, play, embodiment and intimacy. ✨ Degrees of Attraction – a playful evening for single adults (30–55) exploring attraction and meaningful connection (not speed dating!). What You'll Do Promote our events across relevant Facebook groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Meetup and local communities. Identify new online and offline communities where our audience already gathers. Reach out to community admins and organisers to secure promotion opportunities. Explore PR opportunities, including local magazines, event listings, newsletters and media. Contact podcasts, influencers and aligned creators who may be interested in featuring or sharing our events. Build partnerships with yoga studios, wellness centres, conscious communities and other aligned organisations. Share promotional content consistently and creatively. Help build awareness for the UNFOLD brand while increasing registrations for these events. Keep us updated on outreach, opportunities and progress throughout the project. You're a Great Fit If You Have experience promoting events, workshops or retreats. Know how to find and engage relevant online communities. Have experience with PR, partnerships or community outreach. Are proactive, resourceful and results-oriented. Enjoy building genuine relationships and collaborations. Can work independently and move quickly. Have excellent English (Spanish is a big plus). Bonus Points If You Have connections with wellness publications, podcasts or influencers. Have promoted yoga, tantra, conscious relating, personal development, dance or wellbeing events. Already know communities in Spain or Europe that align with this audience. Project Details Fixed project budget: €150–350, depending on experience and network. Approximately 2 weeks of focused promotion.
