Urgent Figma Production Designer Needed Today, Website Design Recovery Sprint

We need an experienced Figma UI/website designer available immediately to help recover and complete a client website design project that is close to deadline. This is not an open-ended creative redesign. The client has already provided a Figma file with the design direction, edits, and comments. That file must be treated as the source of truth. The main problem we need solved is execution: taking the approved/client-edited Figma direction and accurately applying it across the remaining pages, responsive layouts, components, spacing, typography, image treatment, and section structure. You must be comfortable following an existing design direction exactly. We do not need someone who wants to reinterpret the brand or redesign from scratch. We need someone who can move fast, preserve client edits, clean up inconsistencies, and produce client-ready Figma pages. Scope: * Use the client/Adam Figma file as the source of truth * Clean up and stabilize existing page designs * Preserve client edits and comments * Apply remaining feedback accurately * Align fonts, colors, spacing, image treatment, CTA hierarchy, and section flow * Create missing desktop/mobile variants where needed * Extend approved components and sections across additional pages * Organize layers/components enough for handoff * Communicate clearly on what is done, open, blocked, or unclear Important requirements: * Must be available today and this weekend * Must be strong in Figma * Must be able to work quickly under deadline pressure * Must be able to follow specific client direction without reinterpreting it * Must be comfortable taking over from messy/incomplete design files * Must provide clear progress updates * Must not mark work as complete unless the feedback has actually been addressed Ideal background: * Website UI design * Fitness, franchise, multi-location, or consumer brand experience is a plus * Strong responsive design skills * Experience cleaning up and productionizing Figma files * Ability to work from an existing client source-of-truth file To apply, please send: 1. 2-4 relevant Figma/website examples 2.
