Urgent: High Quality SaaS Explainer Videos

Description: We're a newly launched two-sided hiring marketplace in a specialized healthcare niche. Our twist: candidates create anonymous profiles and set what they want upfront, and employers apply to them, not the other way around. We're looking for a motion designer / explainer video specialist to create a video package that shows how the platform works. Deliverables: One flagship explainer video, 60-75 seconds, candidate-facing. Core message: "What if companies applied to you?" Should walk through creating a profile, staying anonymous, receiving applications from employers with pay visible, and choosing to reveal and connect. Three to five vertical cutdowns (15-30 sec, 9:16) from the flagship for Instagram Reels and TikTok, each highlighting one feature. This is the first project of more to come (employer-side video, feature videos, ongoing social content), so we're looking for someone we can build a repeat relationship with. What we provide: Complete brand system: colors, fonts, logo files, gradient specs App screens / screen recordings of the actual product A draft script and voiceover direction (open to your input on both) Fast feedback, one point of contact, quick decisions What we're looking for: A portfolio with SaaS or app explainer videos (please include 2-3 relevant samples in your proposal) Motion graphics skill, clean modern style. We want polished and professional, not template-heavy Ability to source or produce voiceover (or work with one we provide) Clear communication on timeline and revision rounds Someone who works as a true creative partner. We don't want to spoon-feed every idea, screen, and spec. Ideal: a few conversations and a walkthrough of the app, then you run with it and push back with quality feedback of your own. Budget: $2,000-3,000 for the full package depending on experience and approach. Tell us your price for all deliverables and what's included (revision rounds, VO, music licensing). Timeline: Urgent. Ideally completed within 3-4 weeks of kickoff.
