[Urgent] Norwegian validation moderator (NORWAY ONLY) - Individual Interviews

I need someone from Norway who speaks Norwegian and English fluently to be the moderator of a meeting that will be used to validate some translated documents. The moderator will be responsible for finding 5 participants (a balanced mix of 2/3 men and women) and hosting individual meetings with them on Zoom (or any other software), recording audio only. You should read the items of each file and ask the participants some questions regarding them. Each meeting should last approximately 45-60 minutes. After the meeting, you will be responsible for filling the reports with the suggestions that the participants have made in English and in your language as well, and send me the validated documents with the meeting recordings. This project must be delivered by Ago 4th. Also, the moderator will be in charge of finding the participants for this validation, which the requirements are that they are native speaking people, a split between male and female. I will give further instructions to the person I hire, if everything goes well, there are chances of future projects like this one. Budget $500
