Urgent – Photographer/Videographer Needed for Robotics Summit Boston (May 27–28)

We are exhibiting at the Robotics Summit in Boston and are looking for a photographer/videographer available on very short notice for May 27–28. Our company develops advanced robotic materials and 3D printing technologies, and we need professional event coverage for future marketing and social media content. Scope of Work: Booth photography Robot parts videos Visitor interaction shots Short vertical clips for LinkedIn/social media General trade show coverage Optional short highlight reel Deliverables: Edited high-resolution 5 photos 90 seconds short edited video clips (the remaining 30 seconds of edited video may be requested later, if the interview content turns out great.) Requirements: Must be located in or near Boston Must be available May 27 and/or 28 Experience with trade shows, tech events, robotics, or industrial products preferred Fast turnaround is highly preferred We are looking to hire immediately due to the short timeline.
