Urgent Proposal Designer Needed for PR / Communications RFP PDF

I am looking for an experienced presentation / proposal designer to help polish a 42-page PR and communications RFP proposal. I urgently need this by 3 Jun 2.30pm SGT This is a business proposal for a communications agency response to a client RFP. The content is already written and structured.
