Summary

Seeking an experienced CPA or accountant to prepare and file 2023 and 2024 federal personal and business tax returns no later than tomorrow morning. This engagement is for the CEO and a commercial real estate investment and property management company. The ideal candidate has experience with real estate entities, rental properties, partnerships/LLCs, depreciation, and business tax filings, and can work efficiently under a tight deadline. We will provide the income amounts and deductions categorized accordingly. Please respond only if you are available to begin immediately and can meet the filing deadline.
