Urgent: AI Trainer Needed – Build an Autonomous Technical Program Manager (TPM) AI Agent

Overview I’m looking for an experienced AI Trainer and AI Agent Developer to mentor me through the end-to-end process of designing, developing, and deploying an autonomous Technical Program Manager (TPM) AI Agent. This is a training and mentorship engagement—not a build-for-me project. My goal is to gain the skills and hands-on experience to build the solution myself with your guidance. What I Want to Learn The trainer should provide structured, hands-on training covering: * AI agent architecture and design * Multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar) * LLM integration and prompt engineering * Memory, planning, reasoning, and tool use * RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) * MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts and implementation * Workflow orchestration * Integration with project management and development tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Slack, Confluence) * Building autonomous decision-making workflows * Testing, evaluation, monitoring, and deployment best practices Expected Outcome By the end of the engagement, I want to have designed and built a working MVP of an Autonomous Technical Program Manager AI Agent that can: * Plan and manage software delivery projects * Track tasks and milestones * Generate status reports and executive summaries * Identify delivery risks and recommend mitigation strategies * Coordinate across multiple tools and workflows * Automate repetitive TPM activities with minimal human intervention Ideal Trainer * Proven experience building production AI agents * Strong knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks * Experience with Python and AI application development * Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools such as Jira, GitHub, Slack, and Confluence * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts through practical, hands-on sessions
