We are a US-based startup seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to source and screen high-quality software engineers worldwide, specializing in Python and AI/ML with strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities : - Source and shortlist candidates globally for Python + AI/ML engineering roles - Conduct initial technical and communication screenings - Ensure candidates meet high English fluency and professionalism standards - Maintain and update a clean, structured Google Sheet daily with candidate status - Build and manage an ongoing pipeline of qualified AI/ML talent Requirements : - Proven experience recruiting international / remote software engineers - Strong understanding of AI/ML, Python, and modern tech stacks - Active LinkedIn Recruiter account (required) - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive - Comfortable working with US-based teams and aligning with US CST timezone for communication Work Terms : - Upwork Time Tracker required (no manual time allowed) - After Upwork offer, must communicate and collaborate via Slack - Daily progress updates via Google Sheet - Clear, consistent, and proactive communication expected
